I am Pedro Galindo Verdasco, founder and CEO of TPTI, a leading platform for technological and energy innovation, critical infrastructure, luxury real estate, and structured financial products. With over 45 years of experience, I have led the implementation of technological solutions for security, defense, and transportation globally. My career began at POLA REAL, a pioneer in CCTV in Spain, and since then I have managed key projects for airports, ports, and urban and climate infrastructure. Throughout my career, I have founded companies such as SPOTRON, SINTA COMUNICACIONES, VIDATEL COMUNICACIONES, GRUPO APLICA, and CABLETEC, and I currently lead TPTI, dedicated to technological innovation and comprehensive solutions for diverse sectors.

I am Fuad AlSaggaf, a Business Development Manager with over 20 years of experience in project management, business development, and commercial consulting in sectors such as CCTV, telecommunications, and e-commerce. I have worked for international companies including Schneider Electric, Telvent, and GTT, leading teams and projects in both Saudi Arabia and the GCC. My experience includes creating new business opportunities, managing key business relationships, and developing international expansion strategies. Currently, I am responsible for business development in the MENA and GCC regions, where I excel at forming strategic alliances and optimizing large-scale operations.

Soy Rossana Zapata, Regional Director for America and Europe en TPTI, con 17 años de experiencia en venta, alquiler y asesoría de inversiones inmobiliarias, con un enfoque especializado en mercado de lujo, fincas agropecuarias y proyectos energéticos. Mi carrera comenzó en Perú, donde ayudé a numerosos clientes a identificar oportunidades de inversión rentables en propiedades de alto valor y activos agropecuarios, optimizando su rentabilidad en mercados locales e internacionales. En mi rol actual, lidero las operaciones de TPTI en América y Europa, proporcionando un servicio personalizado que combina el conocimiento experto en mercado de lujo, fincas agropecuarias y proyectos energéticos. Acompañamos a inversores de alto perfil en todas las etapas de sus proyectos, desde la selección de propiedades exclusivas hasta el asesoramiento estratégico en inversiones sostenibles y energéticas. I'm Rafael Furné, Regional Director for Iberia at TPTI, with over 25 years of experience in sales, marketing, and business consulting, specializing in energy efficiency, industrialized construction, and the real estate market. My focus is on teamwork and strengthening TPTI's operations in Spain and Portugal, fostering collaboration among local teams to deliver innovative and sustainable solutions to our clients. At TPTI Iberia, I lead a team dedicated to energy retrofitting and real estate asset management, working with clients and investors on high-quality, efficient projects. My commitment is to ensure our projects align with sustainability trends, leveraging available resources to create a positive long-term impact. Throughout my career, I've worked closely with multidisciplinary teams, such as at CAPIA Management, where I implemented solutions to improve the energy efficiency of buildings, and at Maison Plus Homes, where I led the development of passive houses with A+ energy certification. My experience on these projects has allowed me to optimize processes and establish lasting business relationships, always with the goal of delivering long-term value. My mission as Regional Director of TPTI Iberia is to continue driving innovation, sustainability and collaborative work, ensuring that every project we undertake reflects TPTI's commitment to excellence and positive impact on our communities.

I'm Diego Galindo, Creative Director at TPTI, with extensive experience in audiovisual production, digital graphic design, and 3D animation. Throughout my career, I've developed key skills in camera operation, digital video editing, and creating visual content for digital marketing and social media. At TPTI, I lead the creative strategy and execution of innovative multimedia projects, applying my expertise in video editing with Adobe Premiere Pro, digital graphic design with Photoshop, and 3D modeling with Blender. My focus is on creating engaging visual content, optimized for various platforms and devices, to convey powerful messages and increase our brand's visibility. I specialize in creating thumbnails and visual materials designed to capture attention in digital marketing campaigns and in developing interactive environments and multi-device games, enabling effective visual communication and an exceptional user experience.
